Can I reserve library materials online?
Yes, as a library member you can reserve materials online. You will receive a pick-up notification by email or standard post. Visit the reservations and renewals page for more information.

How many items can I reserve?
DELUXE members can reserve up to 10 items at a time. Other cardholders, such as BASIC, COMFORT and YOUTH members, can reserve up to 4 items at a time. You can make a new reservation as soon as you collect your reserved item. Visit the reservations and renewals page for more information.

Can I receive information by email?
Yes, with the added bonus of email notifications being free and much faster than standard post. You can enter you email address in the cardholder information section in Mijn Menu or the library app. Be sure to check the ‘reservation messages’ box. Tip: if you enable the reminder option you will receive an email three days before your loan period expires. Visit the reservations and renewals page for more information. For messages per post we charge €1,- per message.
